We went to Faaborg yesterday (Saturday). It's an old town with lots of old buildings and shops. Unfortunately since we arrived there at 2pm, all the stores were closed. It appears that the shops in this town all close at 1pm in the afternoon. Buildings in this area are quite different. Each one of them is unique and each adjacent house is painted in a different color.
Driving there and back with Andre behind the wheel is quite an experience. The roads in Denmark are narrower and whinier than North America. Someone needs to remind Andre that he's not playing GT3!
Some more differences:
- Cars are smaller (no SUV's or Trucks)
- Lots of traffic circles
- Cars like to pass you on the wrong side of the road if you drive slow
- Shops close way too early here

And during my phonecall last night with my favorite Dane, who's also your current translator and travelling guide, I did remind him to treat The Olivia a little bit gentler.
Are you sure DK is not a GT3 game tho?
